VPW is hosting the Masters, Canada Winter Games Extra Routine Selection and AAP Trials Meet on January 29th at the Coquitlam CCAC. Happy New Year, VPW! This year, a number of our swimmers opted to celebrate the new year with a swim… The Polar Bear Swim! The water was a balmy six degrees, but it was a beautiful sunny day, and the girls helped break Vancouver’s 2000 record, making 2011 the best attended polar bear swim in Vancouver’s history. You can even spot them in The Province Newspaper! I believe a new VPW tradition has been formed… GO VPW!
